I think I love Stephen Colbert...

He's Catholic...he actually teaches Sunday school at his parish in South Carolina. People seem to think he's just another liberal comedian who makes a living mocking conservatives. I don't believe it's that simple.

In this clip he's the bus driver. He takes this Biblical Deconstructionist to school. Colbert gives a definition of Hell that is straight out of the Catechism. Check it out.

Colbert is first and foremost a comedian. Everything he does serves this purpose.

I believe he is also a friend of the Church.

Thou Shall Not Kill...

That's pretty simple. To do evil in the service of good is simply to do evil. This is Archbishop Vigneron's Darth Vadar Principle. John Paul the Great called this sort of thing the mystery of iniquity. Come Lord Jesus! Save us!

The murder of Dr. George Tiller completely undermines the pro-life movement. This justifies enemies of the gospel to label us as the, "Christian Taliban" calling for, "Catholic Sharia." Condemnations here, here and here. I like this too.
