To those who have asked me to put my Confession homily on my blog: I have a funeral. This is slowing me down a bit, as funerals often do. It's a sort of "drop everything and deal with a grieving family" type situation. Obviously that's where all my energy and attention must go until it is resolved. Such is the life of the priest. Rightly so. Nevertheless, once the funeral is over, this post will disappear and I'll put up my homily from this weekend.
